Like many of you, my husband and I both work from home. My husband’s job has allowed him to work from home for the last 10+ years. Along the way he has come across many products that he loves/can’t live without. I’m highlighting a few favorite must-haves below. I would love to hear what items you can’t live without. Let me know in the comments!

  1. Noise-Canceling Headphones: Working from home often means dealing with a variety of distractions, especially if you have kids! Noise-canceling headphones block out ambient sounds, allowing you to focus on your work and maintain concentration. A must in our house!
  2. Headphone Stand: Can’t have headphones without a headphone stand. Keep that desk organized!
  3. Cord Organizer: Investing in a cord organizer will not only declutter your workspace but also streamline your workflow by ensuring that your devices are always charged and ready to go.
  4. Time Blocking Cube: Time blocking is a highly effective technique for managing your schedule and boosting productivity. A time blocking cube takes this concept to the next level by providing a visual representation of your daily tasks and deadlines. By physically rotating the cube to designate different time blocks, you can easily prioritize your workload and stay on track throughout the day. We also use the time cube with our kids to help them practice time management.
  5. Stand-Up Desk: We all know prolonged sitting has been linked to a host of health issues, including obesity, heart disease, and musculoskeletal disorders. A stand-up desk allows you to alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day, reducing the negative effects of sedentary behavior and increasing energy levels and productivity.
  6. Walking Pad: Incorporating movement into your workday is essential for maintaining physical and mental well-being. A walking pad enables you to stay active while working on the days you may not be able to fit in a full workout.
  7. Wide Monitor: A wide monitor offers a vast expanse of screen real estate, allowing you to multitask with ease and view multiple windows side by side. Whether you’re editing documents, analyzing data, or attending virtual meetings, a wide monitor enhances efficiency and productivity by reducing the need for constant window switching (which I find super annoying).
  8. Computer Vacuum: A computer vacuum makes it easy to keep your devices clean and well-maintained, prolonging their lifespan and ensuring optimal performance.
  9. Multi-Plug Outlet: A multi-plug outlet expands your charging capacity, allowing you to power multiple devices simultaneously without the need for bulky power strips or extension cords. Big need in our home.
